We have been hearing for a long time that fruits have great benefits for our skin. This has become a known fact today. Fruit Peels contains numerous health and skin benefits. 1. Grape Peel


We know that peeling grapes can be really difficult, so it isn't an issue at all if some of the pulp comes along with it. Grape peels are known to reduce all signs of ageing. There is no way to stop ageing completely. All this does is delay the process naturally.

2. Avocado Peel


Mix the fleshy part of avocado peel and milk together in a blender. This is the best home remedy using fruit peels for very dry skin. Avocado is a very good moisturiser.

3. Pomegranate Peel


Take 2 tbsp of pomegranate peel powder, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix all the ingredients properly to form a smooth paste. Apply this pack on your face and neck and leave it to dry for 15 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water. This face pack removes dark spots, lightens acne scars, hydrates and brightens the skin naturally.

4. Papaya Peel


Take a clean, ripe papaya skin and blend it in a mixer to form a paste. Add 2 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients properly and apply on your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes to dry and then rinse using lukewarm water. This face pack moisturises your skin, remove dark spots and scars and gives an irresistibly smooth and glowing skin.

5. Mango Peels 


This is not a mask. Mango peels can just be directly applied on the skin without mixing any additional ingredients. Mangoes are storehouses of moisture. This is one of the best fruit peels for a glowing skin.

6. Peach Peel


Mix pieces of peach peel and milk together to make a yummy smelling mask that is rich in vitamins and minerals and is super hydrating.

7. Orange Peel


Take 1 tbsp orange peel powder, just a pinch of cosmetic turmeric, and 1 tbsp of natural honey. Mix everything well into a fine paste. Apply on the face and neck, and wash off after 5 to 10 minutes with any gentle face cleanser or rose water. Try not to use this on acne prone skin but if you decide to do so then follow it up with an acne skin face pack.

8. Lemon Peel


In a bowl add 2 tbsp of lemon peel powder, add 1 tbsp of brown fine sugar, add 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of almond oil. Mix all the ingredients properly. Now take some amount of this mixture on your hand and scrub gently on your face and neck for 2 minutes, apply some more and leave this pack to dry for 10 minutes.Wash your face with cool water. This pack exfoliates your skin, removes dead skin cells and makes your skin visibly fair and smooth.

9. Banana Peel 


Mash banana peels and add an egg yolk to it. Use a blender to make a paste. It is best to use an overripe banana as the black peels have a higher sugar content. This works as a skin tightening mask and is best for early signs of ageing.

10. Apple Peel


The maximum nutrients in an apple are actually found in its peel. Blend apple peel pieces in a blender with some yogurt and that's it. Your fruit peel mask for glowing skin is ready.
